早餐还好,酒店6楼有全天供应咖啡奶茶及下午茶,下午茶的点心虽然款式不多,但是非常精致.我住了两晚,酒台员工的服务是最值得一赞的,亲善有礼
房间的用品有点陈旧,地毯是该换掉,有明显污渍,向酒店要求多一张被子,打开来一处像血的污渍和头发留下来, 要求再换, 第二张打开来还是有很多头发在被子上, 到再换第三次, 既换回之前第一张有血点的.....结果要打到接待处找职员上来检查, 浴室地上, 浴缸旁边有一处很明显不知是血还是生锈渍, 感觉很恐怖, 令人很多联想.员工再三强调房间没问题,不曾发生过任何事件, 我們要求换房, 员工看似十分為难,回覆未必一定能换回海景房间, 结果也没帮我们换, 只安排全个房间清洁多一次, 再换过被子. 感觉是失望的, 之前在网上看了好多间酒店, 才选了这间评价最高的. 但认真的说若以5星酒店来说, 房间若有地方令客户不安, 应马上安排更换, 避免客户在不安情绪下入住.客户使用贴身的物件应该是每次清洗妥当,确保没问题再发出去的, 有污渍的同一件物品发了两次,很难接受. 员工的态度是热诚有礼, 是唯一值得称赞的. 整体来说, 只有员工的部份能拿到较高满意度
